I opened Bloom in 2019 after twelve years behind the chair — first in Los Angeles, then here in Austin. I wanted a space that felt less like a salon and more like a sunroom: one chair, one client at a time, no rushing. Everything from the playlist to the way the light falls in the afternoon is built around the idea that a haircut should feel like a deep exhale.
Every product we use is vegan, sulfate-free, and chosen because it's gentle on both hair and scalp. We work with brands that disclose their ingredients, test on humans, and never on animals — because what goes on your head should be as clean as what you put in your body.
